Automated thin-layer chromatography data-collection platform launched
In August 2021, our group built an automated thin-layer chromatography (TLC) data-collection platform. The platform automatically handles plate spotting, development, and imaging, producing standardized Rf data in batches. It accumulated high-quality training data for the later “AI-assisted chromatographic separation and purification” direction, moving chromatography data acquisition from manual to automated.
