The Mo Group is continuously recruiting Ph.D. candidates, Master’s students, and research assistants interested in chemistry + AI interdisciplinary research. Whether you come from chemistry, computer science, materials, or a related background, as long as you are passionate about “making chemistry beautiful with data and robots,” we would love to chat.

What you will get:

• Work on real frontier projects: from chromatography automation to molecular spectroscopy prediction, to the AI synthesis engine
• Access to robotic platforms, GPU compute, and our accumulated high-quality datasets
• Collaborate with a down-to-earth, tinkering group of peers — weekly discussions and mutual review

What we hope for:

• Curiosity and a willingness to get your hands dirty (matters more than a “perfect background”)
• At least one basic skill: chemistry experiments / Python / machine learning / math fundamentals
• Ability to do solid research and see an idea through to the end
